摘    要:目的:探讨人工气道的湿化方法,以防止或减少并发症,保持呼吸道通畅,降低肺部感染的发生率。方法:随机抽取74例气管切开、一次性气管套管置入、套管内持续吸氧的患者,分为实验组(A组)36例,采用微量注射泵持续湿化;对照组(B组)38例,采用间断注射器滴入湿化。通过两种不同的气道湿化方法,对比两种方法痰痂形成、痰的黏稠度、呼吸道感染、气道损伤、护理工作时数。结果:采用持续微量注射泵持续湿化的患者发生呼吸道感染、痰痂形成、气道损伤、刺激性咳嗽的概率小于间断性注射器滴入湿化,缩短护理工作时数,减轻护理工作量。结论:持续气道湿化在人工气道护理中的效果显著。

Effect of continuously airway humidification in the nursing of artificial airway

Abstract:Objective To probe into the humidity therapy used to maintain humidification through artificial airways to prevent or reduce complications and maintain the airway to reduce pulmonary infections.Method Total 74 patients underwent tracheotomy,a one-time placement of trachea cannula and continuous oxygen uptake through the cannula were randomly selected,and divided into two groups:the experimental group(group A,36 cases),treated with a micromedicine infusion pump to continuously maintain humidification through artificial airways;the control group(group B,38 cases),treated with an injector pump discontinuously dropping in.By making a comparison between the above-mentioned ways to observe formation of sputum callus,viscosity of sputum,respiratory infections,airway injuries and nursing hours.Results The probability of respiratory infections,formation of sputum,irritative coughs and airway injuries was less common among those who had been treated with continuous micromedicine infusion to maintain humidification through artificial airways which led to shortened working hours of care and reduced the amount of work.Conclusion The effect of the way that the micromedicine infusion pump is used to continuously maintain humidification through aritificial airways,with the speed of the infusion controled,is remarkable.
