广东正常(牙合)人后前位X线头影测量研究

目的建立广东正常牙合]验人后前位X线头影测量的正常值范围，研究广东正常牙合]人颅面横向结构的特点。方法测量分析100名广东正常牙合]人的后前位X线片，输入计算机用SPSS11．0软件进行统计学分析。结果建立广东正常牙合]人的后前位X线头影测量的正常值；除左右颧牙槽嵴点到FFP的垂直距离、上下颌中线偏差外，其余指标随年龄增长而显示性别差异；牙颌面宽度之间存在着相关性。结论后前位X线头影测量值因地区与人种不同存在着差异。建立前后位X线头影测量正常值可为错牙合]畸形的诊断、矫治设计提供依据。

The Craniofacial Structure Posteroanterior Cephalonietric Analysis of the 100 Cantonese with Normal Occlusion

Objective To obtain the normal value of posteroanterior cephalometric analysis for Cantonese with normal occlusion and to study the characteristics of normal tranverse craniofacial structure in Guangdong. Methods Posterioanterior cephalometric of 100 Cantonese with normal occlusion were measured and analysed by SPSS 11.0, and the obtained data was compared with that of Beijing, Shanghai and Turkish. Results The database of Cantonese with normal occlusion for postefioanterior cephalometric roentgenography was established. With the age increased, statistically significance showed between male and female. Statistically significant correlation were determined in most measurements. The difference between Guangdong and Shanghai, Beijing and Turkish adults indicated statistical significantly in some items respectively. Conclusion There is significantly difference in values of occlusion of posteroantefior cephalometric roentgenography among different region and different race. The established database would provide a foundation for the diagnosis and treatment of malocclusion.
