CD31、CD36与TSP在消化道肿瘤患者血小板中的表达及临床意义

目的：观察CD31、CD36与TSP在消化道肿瘤患者血小板中的表达与肿瘤发展之间的关系。方法：采用流式细胞术，对30例健康志愿者和70例消化道肿瘤患者血小板CD31、CD36与TSP的表达进行检测，对比正常人与早、晚期肿瘤患者血小板中CD31、CD36与TSP表达的异同。结果：消化道肿瘤患者血小板中CD31、CD36与TSP的表达比正常人增强，晚期组与早期组患者相比差异显著，早期组患者与正常人之间差异不显著。结论：消化道肿瘤患者尤其是晚期肿瘤患者血小板中CD31、CD36与TSP的表达增强。

Clinical Observation on CD31、CD36 and TSP Expressions of Platelets in Cancer Patients

Objective To study CD 31,CD 36 and TSP expressions of platelets in cancer patients and their relation to cancer progression.Methods Flow cytometry to measure CD 31,CD 36 and TSP expressions of platelets in 30 healthy donors and 72 cancer patients was carried out.Results The expressions of CD 31,CD 36 and TSP in cancer patients increased as compared with that in normal donors (P<0.05). There was significant difference between patients at early stage and those at advanced stage, but no significant difference between the patients at early stage and healthy donors.Conclusion In cancer patients, especially in the advanced stage of the disease, the expressions of CD 31,CD 36 and TSP in platelets increased.
