| 摘 要： | 从解剖角度上阐述临床上对臂丛神经根的应用研究的进展:臂丛神经根在麻醉术及影像学诊断中的应用,选择性臂丛神经根切断治疗脑性上肢痉挛,臂丛神经损伤后的神经移位和移植治疗。随着臂丛神经根的显微解剖和分子生物学的深入研究,对麻醉学、上肢的神经源性疾病的治疗也有很好的指导作用。

| Abstract: | The clinical application of brachial plexus concentrate on certain level in the applied study of nerval root of brachial plexus on certain level. This article introduces the latest study of clinical application of the nerval root of brachial plexus on its anatomy. The nerval root of brachial plexus is applied to anaesthesia and diagnosis on photography, selective cut off the nerval root of brachial plexus to treat brainly spasm of upper limbs, treat injury of nerval root of brachial plexus by nerve transfers and nerve transplants, along with the thorough study of brachial plexus nerval root on the micro-anatomy and the molecular biology, there is a very good guidance function to the anaesthesia skill and the treatment of the neural source diseases. |
