超声引导下臂丛神经阻滞的研究进展

高频超声可清晰地显示外周神经,用超声引导行外周神经阻滞能更好地减少操作的盲目性并提高成功率。现代超声技术可在多个不同的部位,包括肌间沟、锁骨上、腋路、锁骨下等,显示臂丛神经及伴行血管的图像,从而为超声引导臂丛神经阻滞提供了前提条件。本文就国内外对臂丛神经的超声影像学研究、超声引导臂丛神经阻滞技术的临床应用和评价予以综述。

Advances in Ultrasound Guidance for the Brachial Plexus Block

Peripheral nerves can be displayed clearly by high-frequency ultrasound. Ultrasound-guided Peripheral nerves block can reduce blindness and raise achievement ratio of operation. The brachial plexus was observed by modern ultrasound technique in different location, including of interscalene, supraclaviculares, axillaries and subclavius, which can showed the blood vessel around brachial plexus clearly and provide the possibility for ultrasound guidance for the brachial block. This article reviewed the recent study of ultrasonic image of the brachial plexus and clinical application and evaluation of ultrasound-guided the brachial plexus block technique.
