圈套器在腹腔镜腹部手术中的应用

目的 :总结圈套器在腹腔镜腹部手术中的用途 ,探讨其临床应用价值。方法 :回顾分析腹腔镜腹部手术中圈套器的应用情况。结果 :手术种类包括腹腔镜胆囊切除 6 1 2例 ,阑尾切除 6 5例 ,脾切除 34例 ,胃部分切除 38例 ,胃大部切除 1 6例 ,结直肠手术 1 2例 ,子宫及附件切除 1 6 5例。应用范围包括胆囊管结扎 ,阑尾根部处理 ,血管结扎 ,胃壁良性肿瘤套扎 ,胃肠吻合中抵钉座放置 ,子宫附件套扎切除等。手术均一次成功 ,腔内切割吻合器等贵重材料的消耗量大大减少 ,减少了医疗费用。术后未发生与应用圈套器相关的出血、胆漏、吻合口漏等并发症。结论 :在腹腔镜腹部手术中合理应用圈套器处理胆囊管、阑尾根部、血管、胃肿瘤、妇科肿瘤 ,安全、有效且经济

Clinical application of the snare in laparoscopic abdominal operations

Objective:To explore the clinical application of the snare in laparoscopic abdominal operations.Methods:The application of the snare is analyzed retrospectively.Results:The snare were used in 942 operations.612 cases were performed cholecystectomy,65 cases were performed appendectomy,34 cases were performed spleenectomy,38 cases were performed part gastrectomy,16 cases were performed subtotal gastrectomy,12 cases were performed colorectal operation,and 165 cases were performed gynecologic operation.All of the operations were successful. No correlative complications occurred postoperatively.Conclusions:It is a safe,effective and economical procedure to use the snare to deal with cystic duct,appendix,vessels,gastric tumors and gynecologic tumors.
