| 摘 要： | 目的：研究栽培滇龙胆（Gentiana rigescens Franch.）的化学成分,比较栽培品和野生品化学成分的异同,评价栽培滇龙胆药材品质。方法：用色谱法分离化学成分,根据波谱分析鉴定化学结构;用薄层色谱（TLC）和高效液相色谱（HPLC）进行化学成分的比较分析。结果：从栽培滇龙胆药材中分离鉴定了19个成分;栽培品的TLC及HPLC谱图和野生品一致,龙胆苦苷的含量分别为4.31%（栽培品）和4.71%（野生品）。结论：首次研究了栽培滇龙胆的化学成分,并明确其所含化学成分类型、主要有效成分和野生滇龙胆一致;滇龙胆栽培品和野生品中龙胆苦苷含量相当且均高于法定标准;滇龙胆人工栽培是成功的,应大力发展规模种植。
