| 摘 要： | 补肾纳气为中医常用治法,历代医家在该法使用方面各具特色,对临床补肾治喘有重要启示.当代将补肾纳气法主要运用于哮喘缓解期、发作期及持续状态,取得良好效果.据研究,补肾治喘的机理主要在于:抑制变态反应;调整神经内分泌功能;降低高气道反应性;改善肺功能;调节免疫作用.

| Abstract: | Kidney-nourishing and qi-absorbing therapy is an essential treatment method in traditional Chinese medicine,and is frequently used in clinical practice.This therapy serves to relieve asthma in remission stage,attack stage and status asthmaticus,with excellent results.In treating asthma,this therapy functions to suppress allergy,regulate neuroendocrine,reduce airway hyperresponsiveness,improve lung functions and regulate immunity. |
