吡格列酮治疗糖尿病肾病40例临床观察

目的探讨吡格列酮治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法将选择的40例病例随机分为2组,对照组给予口服西药降糖药或胰岛素,治疗组在对照组基础上加用吡格列酮,观察期3个月,观察期间,检测FBG、Cr、UAER、SBP、DBP、TG和LDL-C的变化情况。结果治疗组在血糖控制上优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组在降低UAER、Cr、TG和LDL-C方面优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组在降低SBP、DBP方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论吡格列酮可有效控制糖尿病肾病患者的血糖,降低血脂、血压,减少血肌酐和尿白蛋白的排泄,保护肾功能。

Observation on Pioglitazone in the Treatment of Diabetie Nephropathy (with 40 Cases Report).

Objective To observe the effect of Pioglietazone on diabetie nephropathy.Methods 40 cases of such patients were devided into two groups randomly： Control group were given western medicine or insulin;treatment group were adopted Pioglitazone in the base of treatment for three months.During the period of observation,the changes of FBG,Cr,UAER,SBP,DBP,TG and LDL-C were detected.Results The treatment group is better than control group in the aspect of glucose control（P0.05）;The treatment group is better than control group in the aspect of UAER,Cr,TG and LDL-C decreas（P0.05）;The treatment group is better than control group in the aspect of SBP、DBP decrease（P0.05）.Conclusion Pioglitazone could effectively control glucose,decrease lipid,blood pressure,decrease blood creatinine and UAER,protect renal function in diabetic nephropathy patients.
