阿司匹林对降低大肠癌发病率的临床研究

目的研究阿司匹林是否可以降低大肠癌的发病率，从而预防大肠癌的发生。方法回顾性分析2002年7月至2009年7月进行结肠镜检查的患者中诊断为结直肠癌（385例）的为病例组，肠炎及未见异常者为对照组（100例）。采用会晤调查的方法回顾服用阿司匹林的历史，同时调查其家族史、生活行为及日常饮食情况。结果单因素分析结果表明，阿司匹林对结肠癌及直肠癌有明显的保护作用，经多变量logistic回归分析结果显示，在控制其他因素的的条件下，其保护作用增强，OR值分别为（Or=0．14，95％CI为0．06～0．52，P〈0．01）。结论阿司匹林对结肠癌及直肠癌有明显的保护作用，可使发病危险度明显下降，可用于大肠癌高危人群预防大肠癌发病。

Clinic study of aspirin debasing the incidence of a disease of large intestine carcinoma

Objective To investigate whether aspirin can debase the incidence of large intestine carcinoma and prevent from happening.Methods The study compared 385 patients who were diagnosed colorectal carcinoma with colonoscopy from July 2002 to July 2009 with those without the above diseases.Use of aspirin (ASA) was assessed by interviewing the participants with a questionare which include aspirin and related diatary and life style factors and family history.Results Single factor analysis shows ASA can protect people from large intestine carcinoma.Adjusted for potential confounders,the risk of colorectal carcinoma were markedly reduced by ASA.Adjusted for potential confounders,the risk of colorectal carcinoma were markedly reduced by ASA.The OR values were Or =0.14,95% CI 0.06-0.52,P ＜0.01.Conclusion Aspirin could reduced the risk of large intestine carcinoma markedly.It can been applied to colorectal carcinoma susceptibility people to reduce the risk of colorectal carcinoma.
