| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性乙醇中毒对血清葡萄糖含量的影响。方法对到厦门市仙岳医院接受醒酒治疗的434例急性乙醇中毒患者血清中葡萄糖含量进行检测，并与356名正常对照进行比较。结果434例急性乙醇中毒患者血清中葡萄糖含量为（6．27±1．82）mmol／L，高于正常对照组的（5．29±0．67）mmol／L，u=10．3676，P〈0．01。结论急性乙醇中毒可引起血清中葡萄糖含量明显增高。

| Abstract: | [ Objective] To investigate the effects of the acute alcoholism on serum glucose. [ Methods] Serum glucose levels of 434 patients with acute alcoholism were determined in Xianyue Hospital of Xiamen, and the results were compared with that of 356 persons in control group. [ Results] Serum glucose levels of the 434 patients were （ 6.27 ± 1.82 ） mmol/L which were higher than that of control group（ 5.29± 0.67 ） mmol/L （u = 10.3676, P 〈 0.01 ）. [ Conclusion ] Acute alcoholism may cause the serum glucose significantly increasing. |
