| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨奥扎格雷联合吡拉西坦治疗急性期脑梗死患者的临床疗效。[方法]将96例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组50例给予奥扎格雷联合吡拉西坦注射液,对照组46例给予复方丹参注射液,1次/d。治疗两周后比较治疗前后的功能评分、凝血功能指标等。[结果]治疗组总有效率为96.00%,对照组为69.57%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。[结论]奥扎格雷联合吡拉西坦注射液能提高急性脑梗死患者的神经功能缺损,提高生活质量,无明显不良反应。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To explore the clinical effect of Ozagrel and Piracetam together on cerebral infarction in acute period.[Method] Randomly divide 90 cases into treatment group（1） and control one（2）;group 1 administered with Ozagrel and Piracetam injection together;other only Compound Salvia Injection.Compare their functional scores and thrombin index,etc.[Result] In group 1,the total effective rate was 96.00%,69.57% for other group,with difference of statistical meaning between them.[Conclusion] Ozagrel and Piracetam together can relieve acute cerebral infarction patients＇ nerve function lack,improve life quality,without marked side effects. |
