阿昔洛韦、普济消毒饮联合三黄洗剂治疗水痘临床疗效观察

目的]观察阿昔洛韦、普济消毒饮联合三黄洗剂治疗水痘临床疗效。方法]2010年10月至2011年6月四川省成都市双流县第一人民医院86名患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各43例,治疗组在对症治疗基础上给予阿昔洛韦注射液、普济消毒饮和三黄洗剂中西医结合治疗,对照组则给予阿昔洛韦注射液西医治疗。3d后观察临床症状、体征变化情况和不良反应。结果]治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为90.7%、79.1%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组均未发现明显毒副作用。结论]阿昔洛韦、普济消毒饮联合三黄洗剂治疗水痘疗效显著,可缩短病程,减少并发症,值得临床推广。

Varicella Treated with Acyclovir,Puji Disinfect Decoction and Sanhuang Lotion in Combination

Objective] To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）and western medicine for treat-ment in varicella.Methods] The patients were randomLy divided into two groups,treatment group was given acyclovir injection,Puji disinfect decoction and Sanhuang Lotion in traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）and western medicine therapy,the control group was given acyclovir injection in western medicine therapy.Results] The total effective rate in the treatment group and control group were 90.7% and 79.1% respectively.The difference between two groups was statistically significant.Two groups were not found significant side effects.Conclusion] The traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）and western medicine therapy have a certain curative effect on treatment in varicella,can shorten the course of the disease,reduce co-mplications,worthy of promotion.
