难免流产清宫术后宫角残留12例临床分析

[目的]探讨难免流产清宫术后宫角残留的发生原因及中药治疗效果。[方法]对2010年1月至2011年1月间我院收治的术后发生宫角残留并均行绒毛染色体检查的难免流产患者12例进行回顾性分析。[结果]12例患者绒毛染色体核型均正常,10例为右宫角残留,2例为左宫角残留,发现残留后2例再次行清宫术,其中1例清宫术后肌注MTX针杀胚治疗,10例均服中药后残留包块变小直至消失。[结论]宫角残留的发生原因可能是导致非胎儿因素致难免流产的重要原因,宫内环境、输卵管炎症、不易觉察的子宫发育异常等是导致清宫后宫角残留的重要因素,宫角残留通过中药保守治疗效果较佳。

Clinical Analysis on 12 Cases of Uterus Corner Remains of Abortion Complete Curettage of Uterine Cavity

[Objective] To investigate the reason of and TCM cure effect on uterus corner remains of inevitable abortion complete curettage of uterine cavity.[Method] Trace back and make analysis on 12 cases uterus corner remains of inevitable abortion.[Result] 12 cases had normal villus chromosome caryogram,among which,10 had right uterus corner remains,2 left uterus corner remains;2 of which had complete curettage of uterine cavity,1 of which added with MTX injection for killing embryo;10 took TCM until the remained mass disappeared.[Conclusion] Uterus angle residue may owe to inevitable abortion of non-fetus factor,uterus inner environment,oviduct inflammation and un-perceivable abnormal development of uterus may be the main causes;it can get good cure effect with TCM reserved treatment.
