化疗对患者口腔黏膜细胞凋亡和增殖的影响及中药的干预作用

目的]了解化疗药物引起患者口腔黏膜溃疡的机制以及中药对其干预作用。方法]选取48例因消化道肿瘤术后接受化疗患者,其中20例为健康对照组(A组),20例为单纯化疗(B组),28例化疗同时加用中药治疗(C组)。用流式细胞术亚G1峰法和增殖抗原Ki67标记法分别检测口腔黏膜的凋亡率和增殖率,通过统计学分析各组患者的口腔黏膜细胞凋亡率和增殖率的差别。结果]化疗组口腔黏膜细胞凋亡率和增殖率较健康对照组显著下降(P0.05),中药加化疗组口腔黏膜细胞凋亡率和增殖率较单纯化疗组显著增加(P0.05),较健康组有所下降,但无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论]化疗可以降低口腔黏膜细胞的凋亡和增殖状态,中药可改善这一状况,减轻化疗引起的口腔黏膜溃疡。

The Effect of Chemotherapeutics on the Apoptosis and Reproduction Rate in Oral Membrane Mucosa and the Intervention of Traditional Chinese Medicine to Oral Mucosa

Objective] To learn the mechanism of chemotherapy inducing oral membrane mucosa and the intervention action of traditional Chinese medecines.Method] 48 patients with gastrointestinal cancer receiving chemotherapy were divided into two arms,20 cases received chemotherapy,28 received chemotherapy and traditional Chinese medicine,we chose 20 cases as health control.Sub-G1 peak assay and Ki67 expression were used to detect the oral mucosa epithelial apoptosis and reproduction rate.The difference in the apoptosis and reproduction rate between these two arms was analyzed by statistical methods.Result] The oral mucosa epithelial apoptosis and reproduction rate in chemotherapy arm was markedly lower than those in control arm（P0.05）.The addition of traditional Chinese medicine to chemotherapy could increase the apoptosis an reproduction rate（P0.05）.Conclusion] The chemotherapeutics can reduce the oral mucosa epithelial apoptosis and reproduction rate,traditional Chinese medicine can ameliorate the situation and relieve the oral mucosa induced by chemotherapy.
