43例扁桃体挤切术临床观察分析

目的]探讨挤切术在扁桃体摘除中的应用及治疗效果。方法]采用扁桃体挤切术对我院2010年7月至2011年12月有手术适应证扁桃体疾病的43例患者进行手术治疗。结果]所有患者手术顺利,均无腺体残留,术中、术后反应较轻,2名患者存在渗血或局部残缺,经相应治疗后效果满意。其余均无原发性、继发性出血及感染等并发症发生,术后症状明显改善。结论]扁桃体挤切术是扁桃体摘除的基本手术方法,具有出血少、痛苦小和反应轻等优点,同样适用于儿童和成人。

Observation to 43 Cases of Tonsilectomy by Guillotine

Objective] To discuss the result of ectomy by guillotine on tonsil removal. Method] Take tensilectomy by guillotine to 43 patients with proper indications for the operation. Result] All cases had smooth operation, without gland residual, with slight reaction; 2 had errhysis or local incomplete, but with satisfying result after corresponding treatment. Conclusion ] The said method is the basic operation for tonsil removal, with good points of little bleeding and pain, light reaction, fit for children and adult as well.
