三味甘凉归肺经中药水提物对肺阴虚模型大鼠体征及脏器系数的影响

目的]观察甘凉归肺经中药(南沙参、玉竹、麦冬)对肺阴虚模型大鼠的影响。方法]采用灌服甲状腺片+烟熏制备肺阴虚大鼠模型。造模同时灌胃给予南沙参、玉竹、麦冬水提物,连续给药40d。试验期间,观察大鼠体重,测量肛温、面温、抓力、面耳部血流量;取心、肝、肺、脾、肾、睾丸、附睾及子宫,测脏器系数。结果]南沙参、玉竹、麦冬能降低肺阴虚动物肛温、面温、面耳部血流量、肺系数、心系数、肝系数、脾系数、肾系数、睾丸系数,升高体重、抓力、附睾系数;麦冬还能增加子宫系数。结论]南沙参、玉竹、麦冬,味甘性凉,通过甘凉入肺从而改善肺阴虚证之五心烦热、潮热、面赤、体倦乏力等,为探讨"甘凉归肺经"中药的共同作用规律奠定了一定的药效基础。

Effects on Three Traditional Chinese Medicine with Sweet-flavor, Cool-nature and Meridian Tropism in Lung on the Signs and Organ Coefficients of Lung-yin Deficiency Rats

Objective] To observe the effects of three TCM such as Radix Adenophorae, Rhizoma Pulygonati Odorati and Radix Ophiopogonis on lung-yin deficiency rats, and understand the modern scientific connotation of the properties theories about sweet-flavor, cool-nature, meridian tropism in lung. Methods] Lung-yin deficiency rats were established with two factors, smoking （exogenous evil effect on lung） and administrating thyroid tablets suspension by intragastric. Meanwhile, rats were given water extracts of the three TCM by intragastric administration for 40 days. Indexes such as weight, rectal temperature, face temperature, grip strength and blood flow of ear and surface were observed. The organ coetfficients of heart, liver, lung, spleen, kidney, testis, epididymis and uterus were measured. Results ] The water extracts of Radix Adenophorae, Rhizoma Polygunati Odorati and Radix Ophiopogonis could heighten weight, grip strength and the organ coefficients of epididymis, reduce rectal temperature, face temperature, blood flow of ear and surface and the organ coeflffcients of heart, liver, lung, spleen, kidney and testis. The water extracts of Radix Ophiopogonis could heighten the organ coefficients of uterus. Conclusion] Radix Adenophorae, Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati and Radix Ophiopogonis were TCMs with sweet-flavor, cool-nature and meridian tropism in lung, which could improve the main symptoms of lung-yin deficiency, such as feverish sensation over five centers, tidal fever, flushed cheeks, weary and acratia and so on. It laid down certain pharmacodynamic basis of exploring the regularity of the properties theories about sweet-flavor, cool-nature and meridian tropism in lung.
