| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨延缓慢性原发性肾脏病的进展及改善该病预后的原理方法。方法]对2007年1月至2010年6月129例慢性肾病患者进行中医证候分析分型,针对各证型给予不同方药进行治疗,进行中医证候积分、尿蛋白、肾功能等指标检测并予治疗后对比分析。结果]治疗24周后,证候积分值有所下降,肾功能明显改善;93个证候经治疗后缓解,但单一证候有新增。结论]治疗慢性肾病应遵循"审证求因"、"谨守病机,各司其属"的原则,分清主次、因果关系,处方用药求方证相对,对于延缓肾病的进展、改善预后必将取得一定的实效。

| Abstract: | Chronic kidney disease is the main cause of renal failure. It＇s treatment is very difficult and it＇s prognosis is bad By studing the basic disease syndrome deficiency, it has its relationship with wind-damp pathogen, blood stasis and folders, etc.Authors further elaborated the syndrome of chronic kidney disease, pathogenesis and treatment principles, in order to further improve and delay the disease progress. |
