主管切挂术及支管对口引流法配合分期换药治疗复杂性肛瘘的经验体会

[目的]探讨主管切挂术及对口引流法配合分期换药治疗复杂性肛瘘的临床治疗效果。[方法]对2010年4月至2010年12月45例复杂性肛瘘住院患者通过肛瘘主管切挂及支管对口引流法,配合术后分期中药换药。[结果]该治疗方法治愈率为100%,术后无肛门失禁,随访时间为1年,无复发。平均创面愈合时间为(18.56±7.32)d。[结论]主管切挂术及对口引流法配合分期换药治疗方法既可以根治复杂性肛瘘,又能有效保护肛门功能,促进切口早日愈合,具有实际临床价值。

Treatment of Complicated Anal Fistula by Integrated Operation and Changes Fresh Dressing for a Wound by Stages

[ Objective ] To explore the new method in clinical treatment of the complexity anal fistula. [Method ] This article reported a therapy that the main pipehne cut and the thread-drawing with the branch Contra-aperture drainage, after operation, the traditional Chinese medicine with periodizatally change fresh dressing taken for the wound. [Result] By statistics,the treatment cure rate was 100%, there was no incontinence, followed up for 1 year without recurrence. The average wound healing time was 18.56±7.32 days. [Conclusion] This method both to be possible to eliminate the infection and may reduce the anus function damage, may also promote the margin soon to heal. the therapy has the actual clinical value.
