摘    要:目的]利用响应面分析法(RSA)优化白花蛇舌草多糖的提取工艺。方法]通过单因素试验考察提取温度、提取时间、料液比及提取次数4个因素对白花蛇舌草多糖提取率的影响,并在此基础上通过中心组合试验设计和响应面分析优化白花蛇舌草多糖的提取工艺。结果]白花蛇舌草多糖的最佳提取工艺为:液固比为31.26∶1、提取温度为84.71℃、提取时间为2.07h,提取2次,在此条件下白花蛇舌草多糖提取量为6.721mg/g。结论]采用RSA分析法优化得到的提取条件参数准确可靠,具有实用价值。

Optimization of Water-Soluble Polysaccharide Extraction From Hedyotis diffsua Willd by Means of Response Surface Analysis

Abstract:Objective] To optimize the extraction conditions of polysaccharides from Hedytis Diffsua Willd based on response surface analysis.Methods] Single factor experiments were conduced to examine the effects of extraction temperature,extraction time,the ratio of water to Hedyotis diffsua Willd and times of extraction on the polysaccharide amount.On basis of which,center-united experimental design and response surface analysis were applied to optimize extraction conditions of polysaccharide from Hedytis Diffsua Willd.Results] The optimal conditions of polysaccharide extraction were obtained as:the water/solid ratio of 31.26:1,extraction temperature 84.71℃,extraction time 2.07h.Under the above condition,the two-time extraction amount was up to 6.721mg/g.Conclusion] The extraction conditions parameters obtained based on response surface analysis were accurate,realiable and practical.
