咳特灵颗粒提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的优选咳特灵颗粒的提取工艺.方法以干膏得率和芦丁的含量作为指标,考虑不同的煎煮时间、加水量、含醇量,采用正交实验法,确定最佳提取工艺.结果最佳的提取工艺为煎煮时间第1次1.5 h,第2次1.0 h、加溶媒体积14(8 6)倍、含醇量80%.结论该提取工艺为制备咳特灵颗粒的最佳提取工艺.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process for Keteling granules. METHODS The yield of extract and the content of Lotin were considered. Orthogonal design was used involing the time of the extration,the additionof water and the containing of alcohol. RESULTS The optimum process of extration:the first extraction time was 1.5 hours,the second extraction time was 1.0 hours,the addition of water was 14 times(8+6),and the containing of alcohol was 80%. CONCLUSIONS The optimum process is suitable for the prepration of Keteling granules.
