| 摘 要： | 目的:观察球头硅胶管逆行植入在治疗慢性泪囊炎中的长期效果。方法:2003/2007对302例(408眼)慢性泪囊炎患者行球头硅胶管逆行植入术,观察其长期疗效。结果:一次性植入手术成功率96.8%(395眼),在随访的286眼中,随访3mo总有效率98.2%,随访6mo总有效率为97.2%,随访12mo总有效率92.3%,随访4a或以上总有效率为69.9%。结论:球头硅胶管逆行植入治疗慢性泪囊炎疗效肯定,成功率高,应用范围广,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | AIM:To observe the long-term effects of ball-head silicone tube implanted reversely on the chronic dacryocystitis. METHODS:A total of 302 cases(408 eyes)with chronic dacryocystitis were reversely implanted by ball-head silicone tube from 2003 to 2007,and the long-term effects were observed.
