| 摘 要： | 本文报告了近6年来采用血管蒂皮瓣与肌皮瓣转移修复24例四肢皮肤缺损骨外露并发感染的创面,除1例术后因瘢痕收缩转移血管蒂受压皮瓣发生局限性坏死,用游离皮片移植成活,1例有窦道形成,经换药愈合外,其余均Ⅰ期愈合,皮瓣完全成活,笔者认为充分的术前准备,掌握手术时机,正确选用有效抗菌素,彻底清创,细致的手术操作是手术成功的关键。

| Abstract: | This paper reports 24 Cases of infectious wound surface with incomplete skin and revealed bone treated by the transfer prothesis with vessel-pedicle skin flaps and musculocutaneous flaps in recent 6 years. The results showed that 22 cases of them obtained first intention and all the skin flaps survived;besides, one case occurred localized necrosis of skin flaps" due to compression on the transfered vesselpedicls caused by cicatricial contraction,being survived with free skin graft; and one case formed sinus and healed by dressing changes. The authors believe that sufficient preoperative preparations, to seize the opportunity of operation,proper choice of effective antibiotics, thorough debridement and careful operation technique are cruxes of successful operation. |
