已婚男性对妇女生殖健康及合法权益的认知与参与状况研究

目的 了解已婚男性对妇女生殖健康及合法权益的认识、态度和参与情况，探讨其影响因素，为提高妇女生殖健康提供科学依据。方法 采用定性研究之专题小组讨论法。于2001年12月6日至12月28日在武汉市抽取2个区，采用随机方法每个区各随机抽取3个街道(乡)，每个街道(乡)随机抽取8～12名已婚男性进行专题小组讨论。结果 男性最关心的分别为：子女上学、家庭经济状况、家人就医、家庭和睦等；对妻子生殖健康状况及合法权益了解不多，认为没必要；男性参与生殖健康不主动，男性主动采用避孕方法较少，避孕方法主要由医务人员决定，不能知情选择。对保障妇女生殖健康的法律法规了解不多；最需要解决的问题是医疗保障；认为男性也需要生殖健康服务，“男性的生殖健康与妇女的生殖健康有关，男性及时接受生殖健康服务可以预防或降低妇女生殖道疾病的发生”。家庭经济状况、生活压力、男性思想观念、卫生服务的可及性、健康教育不足等因素为其影响因素。结论 男性对妇女生殖健康及合法权益的认知不够，其态度和行为是消极和被动的。鼓励和动员男性参与生殖健康活动势在必行。
