手术前病人导尿时机的研究

目的 ]观察手术前不同时间导尿的效果。 方法 ]将 12 0例需术前留置尿管的择期性胸腹部及腺体手术病人随机分为两组 ,麻醉前用药均为苯巴比妥、阿托品 ,对照组在用药前导尿 ,实验组用药 15min后导尿 ,观察导尿前后心率、血压变化及导尿后尿液非肾性红细胞阳性率。 结果 ]对照组病人导尿前后心率、血压变化有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,实验组则变化不明显 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;对照组尿液中非肾性红细胞阳性率显著高于实验组(P <0 .0 5 )。 结论 ]术前导尿宜选择注射麻醉前用药15min后进行。

A study on opportune moment to perform urethral catheterization for preoperative patients

Objective:to observe the effect of performing urethral catheterization in different time for preoperative patients.Method:a total of 120 cases preoperative patients who were needed to perform urethral catheterization were selected and divided into two groups. These patients would to be conduct time selective surgery of chest, abdomen, or glands. All of them were just administrated phenobarbital and atropine before their operation. Patients of control group performed urethral catheterization before the drugs administration. Patients of test group performed urethral catheterization 15 minutes after the drugs administration. Indexes including changes of heart rate and blood pressure, urine non-renal red blood cell positive rate of patients before and after urethral catheterization were observed.Results:in terms of changes of heart rate and blood pressure in control group patients before and after urethral catheterization, there was statistical significance (P<0.05). After urethral catheterization, urine non-renal red blood cell positive rate of control group patients was higher than that of test group (P<0.05). However, there was no statistical difference in terms of the changes of heart rate and blood pressure, urine non-renal red blood cell positive rate in test group patients before and after urethral catheterization (P>0.05).Conclusion:preoperative patients should be performed urethral catheterization 15 minutes after the pre-anesthesia drugs administration.
