祛风解表药为主联合西药治疗急性期缺血性中风随机平行对照单盲研究

[目的]观察祛风解表药为主联合西药治疗急性期缺血性中风疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照单盲方法,将140例随机分为两组,对照组60例西药常规治疗,治疗组80例以祛风解表药为主治疗,西药治疗同对照组。10d为1疗程,治疗1疗程(10d)判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床治愈27例,显效36例,有效14例,无效3例,总有效率96.25%。对照组临床治愈12例,显效15例,有效18例,无效15例,总有效率75.00%。治疗组总有效率、显效率均优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]以祛风解表药为主治疗缺血性中风急性期疗效满意,扩展了祛风解表药应用范围,开辟了治疗缺血性中风急性期新路径。

Diaphoretic and Wind-Eliminating Drugs Joint Western Medicine Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke,Single-Blind Randomized Parallel-Group Study

[Objective] Observe the clinical efficacy of acute ischemic stroke treated by drug-based.[Method] Divided the 140 patients with ischemic stroke into two gropes,the observation grope composed by 80 patients,were mainly treated by Qufeng-drug,and the conventional therapy grope composed by 60 patients.Patients of the conventional therapy grope treated with daily oral administration of a decoction of Chinese medicine,Both gropes were treated for 10 days for a course.Observe the effect after a course.[Results] In the observation group which composed by 80 patients,27cases were cured(33.8%),36 cases had significant effect(45.0%),total efficiency 96.3%,markedly effeictive rate was 78.8%.In the control group which composed by 60cases,12 cases were cured(20.0%),15 cases had significant effect(250%),total efficiency 75.0%,markedly effective rate was 45.0%.The efficiency of treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).[Conclusion]Patients with acute ischemic stroke treated by Qufeng drug-based have exact effect.
