| 摘 要： | 目的探讨香砂平胃散与氟西汀治疗功能性消化不良（FD）的临床疗效比较。方法将门诊86例FD患者随机分为治疗组（n=46）和对照组（n=40）；对照组给予氟西汀10mg，每日1次，晨服；治疗组用香砂平胃散煎服，每日1剂。两组疗程均为4周。结果治疗组显效率56．52％，总有效率93．48％；对照组显效率32．50％，总有效率70．00％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。结论中药香砂平胃散可显著提高功能性消化不良的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Xiangshapingweisan and Prozac on functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods Eighty-six patients with FD were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 46) and control group(n = 40).The control group was treated with prozac(10 mg),1 time daily at morning and the treatment group was treated with the Chinese native medicine Xiangshapingweisan,1 agent daily,water frying,servicing for 4 weeks as a course.Results The recovery and total effective rate in treatment group was 56.52% and 93.48%,respectively;those rates in control group were 32.50% and 70.00%,respectively.There were significant differences between two groups(P < 0.05,P < 0.01).Conclusion The Chinese native medicine Xiangshapingweisan can improve the clinical recovery rate of functional dyspepsia. |
