| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨溃疡性结肠炎(VC)治疗中应用美沙拉嗪配伍中药保留灌肠的临床疗效。方法:选择(轻、中度)活动期VC患者72例按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组两组,每组36例,治疗组在对照组西医内科治疗的基础上,应用美沙拉嗪伍用中药保留灌肠。结果:治疗组的显效率为77.8%,对照组的显效率为44.4%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:在对VC治疗时进行美沙拉嗪伍用中药保留灌肠,疗效显著,值得推广。

Clinical observation on treating VC by mesalazine plus TCM |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of mesalazine plus TCM in treating ulcerative colitis.Methods: 72 cases of random number table were divided into the treated group and the control group,each for 36 cases,the treated group was treated in TCM on the basis of medical treatment of western medicine.Results: the treatment group markedly effective rate was 77.8%,markedly effective rate was 44.4% in the control group,and the difference was tatistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Mesalazine plus TCM was effective in treating ulcerative colitis,worthy of application. |
