淋巴肿瘤的淋巴管造影X线片与CT表现

目的研究淋巴转移性肿瘤及恶性淋巴瘤的直接造影方法,分析其X线及CT表现,为淋巴肿瘤早期诊断及淋巴介入治疗提供依据。方法 9例患者,7例转移性肿瘤及2例淋巴瘤,经足背和手背径路穿刺淋巴管,用微泵推注对比剂,淋巴管显影后,跟踪摄片及CT扫描。结果共行11条淋巴管造影,使用进口超液化碘油者显示满意。X线表现淋巴管阻塞、扩张、破裂、侧支通路;或只显示出虫蚀状充盈缺损之癌肿淋巴结。CT检查可较好分辨出肿大淋巴结内小至0.1cm、大至2cm的碘油沉积。结论淋巴管油剂直接造影,需选择相应的肢体径路,为诊断淋巴肿瘤提供了一种方法。

Manifestation of lymphangioadenography radiography and CT in lymph tumor

Objective To evaluate the feasibility and application value of lymphagiography in malignant tumors.Methods Nine patients with malignant tumor(7 were metastatic tumor and 2 were primary malignant lymphoma) underwent the lymphagion puncture and radiography through the dorsum of the hand or foot.Series X-ray photograph and CT scan were performed subsequently.Results Lymphagiography was performed successfully in 11 lymphatic vessels of 9 patients.X-ray showed varied malignant changes including obstruction,dilation,rupture and bypss.CT scan could distinguish the enlarged lymph node about 0.1 to 2 cm in diameter.Conclusion Lymphagiography was feasible and has potential clinical application value.
