消化性溃疡中医五证型的情绪测量分析

目的:探讨消化性溃疡患者常见5种中医证候的情绪特征。方法:按病证结合的原则选择研究对象,并按与患者组性别,年龄大致相当的条件选取健康人对照组,采用中医肝脏象情绪量表、Beck焦虑量表、Beck抑郁量表对各组进行情绪测量。结果:消化性溃疡患者中医肝脏象情绪量表、Beck焦虑量表、Beck抑郁量表测值明显高于健康人对照组(P<0.01);消化性溃疡之中医5证型比较,中医肝脏象情绪量表之总分和肝经维度积分、焦虑维度积分与抑郁维度积分,在气滞型、郁热型和阴虚型明显高于虚寒型,瘀血型(P<0.01)。结论:消化性溃疡患者有明显的焦虑及抑郁情绪,其5证型之间,气滞型、郁热型和阴虚型的焦虑、抑郁程度均高于其它证型。

Analysis of Emotional State in Peptic Ulcer with Syndromes of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: To explore the emotional characteristics of peptic ulcer patients with different syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods: All patients were selected in the way of combined disease with TCM syndrome whose emotional state were assessed with Emotions Rating Scale for Ganzangxiang of traditional Chinese medicine(ERSG),Beck anxiety inventory (BAI) and Beck depression inventory(BDI).Results: The accumulating scores of three dimensions in ERSG,BAI and BDI of peptic ulcer were higher significantly than that of health controls,the scores of depression dimension in ERSG and BDI of peptic ulcer with Qi Stagnation syndrome(P<0.01),pyrostagnant syndrome and Yin asthenia syndrome were higher significantly than that of asthenia cold syndrome,blood stasis syndrome(P<0.01).Conclusion: Peptic ulcer patients have marked anxiety and depression characteristics.The degree of depression in patients with Qi Stagnation syndrome,pyrostagnant syndrome and Yin asthenia syndrome were higher significantly than that of patients with other syndromes.
