摘    要:目的:优选槲寄生挥发油的提取工艺.方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取槲寄生的挥发油,应用L9(34)正交实验设计选取最佳提取工艺.结果:最佳提取条件为加10倍量水,浸泡4h,提取8h.结论:优选得到的工艺稳定可行.

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the extraction process of pine needles of Viscum essential oil.Methods:To obtain the essential oil from the Viscum by the method of steam distillation.The optimum extraction condition was investigated by orthogonal design.Results:The optimum extracting conditions were:adding 10 folds of water and extracting for 8h after 4h of dipping.Conclusion:The optimized process is stable and efficient.
