醋酸甲孕酮针剂对哺乳与非哺乳妇女的避孕作用

目的 观察醋酸甲孕酮微晶水混悬剂（ＭＰＡ）的避孕作用、副反应和可接受性。方洁２９２名哺乳与非哺乳妇女对象在接受详细咨询并签署知情同意书后进入试验，每三个月一次接受注射并随访，观察期一年。结果 用药期间无一例发生妊娠，避孕有效率为１００％。哺乳与非哺乳妇女一年总停针率分别为５．０５％和１１．４％。主要副反应为不规则出血，哺乳妇女与出血有关的主诉发生率（１６．１％）明显高于非哺乳妇女（５．１％，Ｐ＜０．０１）。未见其他严重副反应。结论ＭＰＡ是一种高效的长效避孕针，经详细咨询后在中国妇女中可获得良好的可接受性，尤其适合产后哺乳妇女使用。

A clinical trial of progestin-only contraceptive injectable Depo Geston in Chinese lactating and non-lactating women

Aim: To evaluate the efficacy, side effects and acceptability of 3 monthly injectable contraceptive Depo Geston in lactating and non-lactating Chinese women. Methods All subjects were recruited in 3 clinics after giving datailed consultation and obtaining in-formed consent to receive im injection of Depo Geston at the 3 months interval for one year. Results No pregnancy occurred during one year study period. Overall discontin-uation rates for lactation and non-lactation women were 5.05% and 11.4%, respective-ly. The side effects mainly was irregular bleeding. The proportion of women complained of bleeding problems in non-lactation women(16. 1%) was higher than that in lactation women(5. 1%, P< 0. 01) . No other serious side-effects were observed. Conclusion Depo Geston is a highly effective, long-acting contraceptive, could have good accept-ability after giving datailed advice. It is especially applicable to lactation women.
