长期应用比索洛尔对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的影响

【目的】评估长期应用比索洛尔对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的影响。【方法】将经过超声检查有颈动脉斑块患者100例（男62，女38）例，年龄（65±15）岁，随机分为A、B两组，B组（对照组）给予常规治疗，A组（观察组）在对照组基础上加用比索洛尔，疗程共2年。每6个月用彩色多普勒超声观察患者内-中膜厚度、斑块大小、性质、数目的变化以及颈动脉血流量的变化。【结果】治疗6～12个月，两组间及治疗组前后在内-中膜厚度、颈动脉血流参数，斑块性质、数目的比较均无明显差异（P〉0．05）；随治疗时间延长，至治疗18～24个月上述指标均有显著差异（P〈0．01）。【结论】比索洛尔长期应用疗效确切，有减轻内-中膜厚度及稳定斑块的作用。

Effect of Long-term Administration of Bisoprolol on Carotid Atherosclerosis

Objective] To assess the effect of long-term administration of bisoprolol on carotid artery atherosclerosis. Methods] One-hundred patients with different degrees of carotid plaques detected by coronary artery angiography and ultrasonography n = 100, M 62, F 38, mean age ： （65 ± 15） years] were randomly di- vided into two groups. A group received general therapy and B group received general therapy plus bisoprolol for 2 years. The effect of bisoprolol on the patients was observed and the changes of artery diameter, intimamedia thickness （IMT）, artery plaque and blood flow were observed by carotid color Doppler untrasonography. Results] At 6 to 12 months after treatment with bisoprolol, there was no significant difference in the changes of artery diameter, IMT, artery plaque and blood flow until 18 or 24 months between two groups（ P 〉0.05）. With the prolongation of the treatment, carotid diameter increased, and IMT became thin, and the thickness of plaque decreased at 18 to 24 months after treatment （ P〈0.01）. Conclusion] Long-term administration of bisoprolol has some therapeutic effect. It can enlarge the internal diameter of carotid artery and decrease IMT. Therefore, long term administration of bisoprolol is effective in the treatment of carotid artery atherosclerosis.
