血管内皮生长因子在骨关节炎中的研究进展

血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)是新生血管形成最关键的细胞因子,是目前发现的功能最强大的内皮细胞有丝分裂原。近年来的研究表明,一些血管生成因子(如VEGF)参与了软骨的代谢,并在骨关节炎的进展中发挥着重要作用。在骨关节炎的病理过程中,VEGF起促进血管生成及增加血管通透性的作用,是滑膜细胞增殖、血管新生及滑膜炎形成的重要炎性递质。该文就VEGF在骨关节炎发病机制中的研究进展进行综述。

Research Progress of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor in Osteoarthritis

Vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） is the most critical cytokine of neovascularization, and the most powerful endothelial cell mitogen discovered so far. Recent studies have shown that some angiogenic factors such as VEGF are involved in the metabolism of cartilage, playing important roles in the progression of osteoarthritis. In the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis, VEGF can promote angiagenesis and increase the permeability of the blood vessels, thus is art critical inflammatory mediator of the synovial ceils proliferation, angiogenesis and synovitis. Here is to make a review of the research progress of VEGF in the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis.
