| 摘 要： | 目的探讨甲状腺癌患者血清肿瘤特异性生长因子（TSGF）与血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）检测的临床价值。方法选择80例甲状腺癌患者（甲状腺癌组）血清标本及120例结节性甲状腺肿患者（结节性甲状腺肿组）血清标本，另外选择80例健康体检者作为空白对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测三组TSGF与VEGF的浓度。结果甲状腺癌组中TSGF与VEGF的浓度高于结节性甲状腺肿组及空白对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论血清TSGF与VEGF检测对甲状腺癌早期诊断具有一定临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical value of serum tumor specific growth factor （TSGF） and vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） in early diagnosis of thyroid cancer. Methods Eighty thyroid cancer patients （thyroid cancer group）, 120 nodular goiter patients （nodular goiter group）, and 80 healthy adult （blank control group） were enrolled in this study. The level of TSGF and VEGF in two groups were detected by ELISA and compared. Results The level of TSGF and VEGF in thyroid cancer group and nodular goiter group were significantly higher than those in blank control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Serum TSGF and VEGF have some clinical value in early diagnosis of thyroid cancer. |
