Abstract: | Meningioma is a relatively common intracranial tumor, occurring most frequently in adults, and is capable of a wide variety of growth patterns. We describe a meningioma in a child that had a peculiar chordomalike appearance. The pathologic findings and distinction from chordoma are discussed. |
