| 摘 要： | LIGHT／TNFSF14是近年来发现的肿瘤坏死因子超家族成员，具有共刺激T淋巴细胞、诱导iDC成熟、促进肿瘤细胞凋亡的生物学功能，在自身免疫病、移植物抗宿主病（GVHD）及抗肿瘤免疫中发挥重要的调节作用。

| Abstract: | LIGHT is a newly discovered member Of the TNF superfamily. This molecular plays important role in regulating the autoimmune disease, GVHD and antitumor immunity by providing costimulatory signals to T cells, and by inducing the apoptosis of some tumor cell lines and the maturation of iDC. |
