尿沉渣倒置显微镜分析系统的实验观察

摘    要:目的 探讨适于推广的标准、规范的尿沉渣检查方法。方法 将自己研制的尿沉渣倒置显微镜分析系统与FAST READR1 0 2尿沉渣定量计数板法对比观察尿液标本中的细胞及管型。结果 两种方法计数结果无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,均具有良好的重复性。结论 计数板法操作要求严格 ,程序较为繁琐 ,目前普及尚有困难 ;尿沉渣倒置显微镜分析系统操作简单、准确 ,适于临床基层推广。

Abstract:Objective To search a standardized operation for observation of urine sediment by upside down microscopy analyzing system that should be easy to be popularized and comparable with Fast read grid Kid.Methods RBC,WBC and casts in the urine specimens were counted by upside down microscopy analyzing system and Fast Read grid Kid respectively.Results No statistically significant differences between the results of 2 methods were observed ( P >0.05),and both had satisfactory accuracy.Conclusions Fast Read grid kid is difficult to be popularized for its complicated procedure.On the contrary, the special upside down microscopy analyzing system is simple,accurate and easy to be applied by clinical laboratories.
