冠心病患者选择素P、L、E、一氧化氮及超氧化歧化酶水平变化及其相关性

摘    要:目的 观察冠心病患者选择素 P、L、E(SP、SL、SE) ,一氧化氮 (NO)及超氧化歧化酶 (SOD)的变化及 SP、SL、SE与 NO、SOD之间的关系。方法  70例冠心病患者 (男 5 5例 ,女 15例 )分为四个亚组 :非心绞痛组 30例 ,陈旧性心肌梗死组 10例 ,心绞痛组 2 0例 ,缺血性心肌病组 10例。对照组 2 0例 ,比较两组选择素 P、L、E及 NO、SOD水平 ,并作相关性分析。结果 缺血性心肌病组、心绞痛组、陈旧性心肌梗死组、非心绞痛组 SP、SL、SE、NO、SOD均显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5~ P<0 .0 1) ;缺血性心肌病组、心绞痛组 SP、SL、SE及 NO、SOD显著高于非心绞痛组(P<0 .0 1) ;陈旧性心肌梗死组 SE、NO及 SOD明显高于非心绞痛组 (P<0 .0 5~ P<0 .0 1) ;与心绞痛组比较 ,缺血性心肌病组 SP、SL、SE、NO明显升高 (P<0 .0 1) ,SOD则无明显差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,与陈旧性心肌梗死组比较 ,缺血性心肌病组 SP、SL、SE、NO、SOD均有显著升高 (P<0 .0 1)。SP、SL、SE分别与 NO、SOD正相关 (r=0 .6 0、0 .6 2、0 .5 9P<0 .0 1;r=0 .5 4、0 .5 8、0 .5 1,P<0 .0 1)。结论 选择素可能参与了冠心病的血栓和动脉粥样硬化形成

Abstract:Objective To observate the changes of selectin P?L?E (SP,SL,SE), nitric oxide (NO) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) levels and relationship between SP,SL,SE and NO, SOD. Methods Seventy patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) were divided into four subgroups: non-angina pectoris, old myocardial infarction, angina pictoris and ischemic cardiomyopathy. Serum SP,SL,SE,NO and SOD levels in 70 cases with CHD were determined and compared with 20 control subjects. Results The levels of SP,SL,SE,NO and SOD in four sub-groups of CHD were significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05~P<0.001); SP,SL,SE,NO and SOD in angina pictoris group and ischemic cardiomyopathy group were significantly higher than that in non-angina pictoris group(P< 0.01); SE,NO and SOD in old myocardial infarction group were significantly higher than that in non angina pictoris group (P<0.05~P<0.01); Compared with angina pictoris group, SP, SL, SE, NO in ischemic cardiomyopathy group were significantly increased (P<0.01) and SOD were not changed. Compared with old myocardial infarction group, SP, SL, SE, NO and SOD in ischemic cardiomyopathy group were significantly incrased(P<0.01). SP,SL,SE have positive correlation with NO(r=0.60, r=0.62, and r=0.59, P<0.01) and SOD(r=0.54,0.58,0.51, P<0.01). Conclusion Selectin may participate in the process of thrombus and atherosclerosis in patients with CHD.
