| 摘 要： | 目的比较湿润烧伤膏与磺胺嘧啶银干性暴露法治疗深度面部烧伤的疗效。方法274例面部深Ⅱ度新鲜烧伤患者分为湿润烧伤膏组(140例)和磺胺嘧啶银组(134例),观察2组止痛效果、创面愈合时间及瘢痕发生率。结果湿润烧伤膏组创面愈合时间为(16.23±3.21)d,磺胺嘧啶银组为(25.36±3.25)d,湿润烧伤膏组创面愈合时间明显短于磺胺嘧啶银组(P<0.01)。烧伤创面愈合后,湿润烧伤膏组创面瘢痕明显增生6例(4.29%),磺胺嘧啶银组18例(13.43%),2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论湿润烧伤膏治疗深度面部烧伤止痛效果好,创面愈合快,瘢痕发生率低。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the curative effect of MEBO and SD-Ag Cream in treating facial deep degree burn wounds. Methods Two hundreds seventy-four cases of facial deep 2nd degree burn were divided into MEBO group（ 140 cases） and SD-Ag group（ 134 cases）. The antalgesic effect,wound healing time and the scar formation rate were observed. Results The wound healing time in MEBO group（ 16.23 ±3.21 d） was shorter than this in SD-Ag group（25.36 ± 3.25 d,P 〈 0.01 ）. The scar formation rate in MEBO group was 4.29% （6/140） and the SD-Ag group was 13.43% （18/134）, there was significant difference in the scar formation rate between two group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Using MEBO to treat facial deep degree burn wounds has effective odynolysis, short Wound healing time and low scar formation rate. |
