上颌窦穿刺后两种止血方法的研究

目的探讨上颌窦穿刺后新的止血方法。方法将110例进行上颌窦穿刺治疗的患者随机分为实验和对照两组，每组各55例，实验组采用穿刺点压迫止血，对照组按传统方法鼻腔填塞棉片止血。对两组患者同样做好心理护理及相关知识的健康教育，减少患者的恐惧心理，比较两种止血方法出血停止时间。结果实验组止血时间最短6分钟，最长16分钟，平均8．47分钟，其中〈10分钟39例，10～20分钟16例；对照组止血时间最短8分钟，最长20分钟，平均14．15分钟，其中〈10分钟10例，10～20分钟45例。实验组止血时间明显少于对照组止血时间，两组比较统计学差异显著，t=9．97，P〈0．01。结论穿刺点压迫止血法效果优于鼻腔填塞棉片止血法，上颌窦穿刺拔针后宜采用穿刺点压迫止血法。

Comparison of Two Haemostatic Methods after Maxillary Sinus Acupuncture

Objective To compare the effects of two haemostatic methods after maxillary sinus acupuncture. Methods 110 patients were divided into two groups. Experimental group was pressed directly at acupuncture point with cotton to stop bleeding. The control group was pressed with cotton at front nasal cavity.Results Bleeding stopped at 8.47min(from minimal 8min to maximal 16min) in experimental group and at 14.15min(from minimal 8min to maximal 20min) in control group. There was a significant difference between two groups and the haemostatic effect of experimental group was much better than that of control group. Conclusions It is suggested that pressing with cotton at acupuncture point be used to stop bleeding after maxillary sinus acupuncture.
