| 摘 要： | 目的:研究结核性脑膜炎(TBM)的脑电图(EEG)与临床的关系。方法:对68例结核性脑膜炎患者在入院7d内行常规脑电图检查,所有病例均行脑脊液(CSF)检查、头颅CT扫描,观察其异常变化及相关性。结果:结核性脑膜炎患者入院7d内脑电图异常率达78%,EEG异常与意识障碍程度之间有较好的平行关系,与腰穿压力增高及脑脊液异常无显著相关性,与头颅CT扫描从不同角度反映大脑的功能和结构状态,彼此有相互补充的作用。结论:EEG对结核性脑膜炎的早期诊断有所帮助,EEG改变可作为判断预后的指标。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the relationship between the electroencephalogram of tuberculous meningitis(TBM) and the clinical symptom.Methods:To make EEG examination on the hospitalized TBM patients of 68 cases in 7 days.All the patients have been had the examinations of cerebrospinal fluid and cranium CT scan,and futher make observation of progress of patient's condition.Results:The abnormity rate of EEG of the TBM patients' in 7 days of hospitalization is 78%,the abnormity rate of EEG parallels well with the rete ... |
