计算机职业对男性不育患者精子动力学参数和精子活力的影响及其相关性研究

摘    要:目的探讨计算机职业对男性不育患者精子动力学参数和精子活力的影响及其相关性。方法应用WUY-9000型计算机辅助精液分析系统对224例不育男性(计算机组118例,非计算机组106例)和125例正常生育男性精子的直线运动速度(VSL)、曲线运动速度(VCL)、平均路径速度(VAP)、平均移动角度(MAD)、侧摆幅度(ALH)、鞭打频率(BCF)等动力学参数及精子活力进行检测并分析其相关性。结果(1)不育计算机组、非计算机组与正常对照组比较,精子活力、VSL、VCL、VAP、LIN、WOB和STR等参数显著降低(P〈0.05—0.01),BCF显著升高(P〈0.01);(2)不育计算机组的精子活力、VSL、VCL、VAP、MAD和BCF等参数与非计算机组相比,差异均有显著性(P〈0.01);(3)〉10h/d与0-5h/d和6—10h/d两组相比,精子活力、VSL、VCL、VAP、MAD显著降低(P〈0.05—0.01),BCF显著升高(P〈0.01)。另外,6—10h/d和0—5h/d相比,VCL、ALH显著降低(P〈0.05);(4)计算机职业男性不育患者精子活力与VSL、VCL、VAP、AIH有显著正相关性,而与BCF有显著负相关。结论(1)计算机职业可引起男性精子活力和精子动力学参数异常;(2)计算机职业对男性精子质量的影响存在时效关系,长时间使用计算机可能是引起男性不育的重要原因之一;(3)平均直线运动速度、平均曲线运动速度、平均路径速度、侧摆幅度和鞭打频率等精子动力学参数是反映计算机职业不育男性精子活力的有效指标,精子运动参数对男性不育的诊断和生育能力的评估具有实用意义。

The study of correlation and effect of occupational computermen on the kinesis parameter and motility of sperm in sterile patients.

Abstract:Objective: To study the correlation and effect of occupational computermen on the kinesis parameter and motility of sperm in sterile patients. Methods: Totally 224 sterile males (118 computermen and 85 non -computermen) and 125 control cases were recruited for the study. The sperm kinesis parameters, including VSL, VCL, VAP, MAD, BCF, STR, LIN and WOB of sperm movement, sperm motility and its grades were detected by the computer - assisted semen analysis system ( WLJY - 9000, China) based on the standard of WHO and their relationship were also analyzed. Results : Compared with the non - computermen and the normal controls, there was a significant decrease in the sperm vitality, VSL, VCL, VAP, LIN, WOB and STR (P 〈0. 05-0.01) and a marked increase in the BCF in the infertile computermen ( P 〈0. 01 ). The sperm vitality, VSL, VCL, VAP and MAD were significantly lower in the infertile computermen than in the infertile non - computermen ( P 〈0. 01 ), while BCF increased obviously ( P 〈0. 01 ). The six parameters in the 0 - 5 and 6 - 10 h/d groups ( duration of using computer) were also have significant difference compared with 〉 10 h/d group ( P 〈0. 05 -0. 01 ). VCL and ALH in the 6 - 10 h/d group decreased significantly than in the 0 -5 h/d group ( P 〈0. 05 ). There were significant positive correlations between the motility of sperm and VSL, VCL, VAP, ALH. Moreover, there was a significant negative correlation between the sperm motility and BCF. Conclusion: Computer occupation is associated with abnormal sperm kinesis parameters and sperm motility. (2) The occupational computermen on the quality of semen has a time-effect relationship, and longterm using computer ( 〉 10 h/d ) may be one of the reasons of male sterility. VSL, VCL, VAP, ALH and BCF are valuable parameters to evaluate the motility of sperm of infertile patients of occupational computermen.
