| 摘 要： | 目的 提高肝门部胆管癌手术治疗的效果。方法 通过对 3 8例肝门部胆管癌手术切除 ,介绍肝门部胆管癌手术切除的体会 ,探讨其手术方式的选择。结果 本组切除率为 5 8% ;其中术后 1、3、5年生存率分别为 81 5 %、5 7 6%、3 4 5 %。结论 胆门部胆管癌手术根治性切除的疗效最好 ,姑息性切除优于内引流术 ,内引流术优于外引流术

| Abstract: | Objectives To improve effect of the resection of hilar cholangiocarcinoma. Method a retrospective analysis was performed in 38 patients who had received operation of hilar Cholangiocarcinoma and the selection of operation methods were discussed.Results The total excision rate in this group was 58%, in which the 1-year, 3-year and 5-year survival rate was 81.5%?57.6% and 34.5% respectively. Conclusion The best therapeutic effects of hilar cholangiocarcinoma was radical resection, while the palliative resection was better than choledochojejunostomy, and the choledocho-jejunostomy was better than drainage of extrahepetic bile duct. |
