摘    要:目的 建立南葶苈子饮片中槲皮素、山奈酚及异鼠李素的含量测定方法。方法 采用Diamond—C18色谱柱;甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(50:50)为流动相;流速1.0mL·min;检测波长360nm。结果 线性范围:槲皮素0.1184~0.8288μg,r=0.9995,山奈酚0.0258~0.1806/μg,r=0.9994,异鼠李素0.0444~0.3108μg,r=0.9994;平均回收率:槲皮素99.51%,RSD=2.10%(n=6),山奈酚101.03%,RSD=2.08%(n=6),异鼠李素99.80%,RSD=2.09%(n=6)。结论 该法操作简便、准确,重复性好,可用于南葶苈子饮片中槲皮素、山奈酚及异鼠李素的含量测定。

Abstract:Objective The Method of determine the quercetin, kaempferol and isorhamnetin in De- scurainia Sophia (L.) Webb ex Prantl processed by HPLC was established. Methods The column was Di- amond-C18 Column, the mobile phase was methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid (50:50), the flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was 360nm. Results The linear range of quercetin was 0. 1184-0.8288μg (r=0.9995) , the average recovery was 99.51%, RSD=2.10% (n=6). The linear range of kaempferol was 0. 0258-0. 1806μg (r=0. 9994) , the averag recovery was 101.03%, RSD=2.08%(n=6). The linear range of isorhamnetin was 0. 0444-0. 3108μg (r=0. 9994) , the average recovery was 99.80%, RSD=2.09%(n=6). Conclusions This method is simple, rapid and accurate with good reproducibility, it is suitable for the quality control of Descurainia Sophia (L.) Webb ex Prantl processed.
