| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨不同类型 CT机导引介入活检及治疗中立体定位方法的应用。方法 利用 CT的多平面重建 (MPR)功能进行立体定位 ,在普通全身 CT及螺旋 CT导引下实施介入活检 132例 ,介入治疗 72例。结果 本组 2 0 4例 CT导引介入操作均刺中预期区域。穿刺活检的结果准确率 90 .2 % ;介入治疗的一次治疗有效率83.3% ,总有效率 94.4%。本组未出现严重并发症。结论 MPR立体定位法简便、快捷 ,应用于 CT导引介入诊疗中 ,有利于三维观察穿刺径路 ,并有效避开重要结构 ,且对 CT机没有特殊要求 ,是一种安全、有效的方法

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical technic of stereotactic localization in both the whole body and spiral CT guided biopsy and treatment.Methods In our progress these two kinds of CT and multi-plane reconstruction (MPR) had been used for the orientation.CT guided biopsy had been taken in 132 cases and treatment in 72 cases.Results The accuracy of biopsy was 90.2%.After the first treatment 83.3% cases got notable improvement and finally 94.4% cases got it.No severe complications were observed in our series.Conclusion MPR is simple,quick,and can be used in the orientation of CT-guided biopsy and treatment.It can show the puncturing route in different directions,is a safe and effective method and had no special request for CT scanners. |
