| 摘 要： | 目的在确保医疗质量和安全的前提下，通过床位管理，缩短平均住院日。方法责任指标落实到床位；核心制度落实到床位；人才培养符合床位要求；医技及后勤保障到床位；监督考核落实到床位等。结果平均住院日下降了2．1天，床位服务效率提升，医院运转效率提高。结论以床位管理为抓手，可以缩短平均住院日，实现医院社会效益和经济效益双赢目标。

| Abstract: | Objective To strengthen bed management to shorten the average length of stay with ensuring health care quality and safety. Method Responsibility indicators were implemented to bed ; core system was implemented to bed ; personnel training conformed requirements of beds ; medical technology and logistical support was ensured to bed ; supervision and evaluation was implemented to bed. Result The mean length of stay decreased by 2.1 days, bed service efficiency and hospital operating efficiency improved. Conclusion Using bed management as the key point can shorten the average length of stay, and achieve win - win goal of hospital social and economic benefits. |
