中山市社区居民对社区卫生服务的满意度及其影响因素分析

目的了解中山市社区居民对社区卫生服务的满意度及其影响因素,为提高社区卫生服务质量提供依据。方法采用分层随机抽样方法对中山市社区卫生服务机构的就诊居民进行问卷调查。结果社区居民对中山市社区卫生服务的综合满意度为90．9％,其中社区居民对隐私保护（93．74％）、服务态度（92．26％）、卫生服务安全性（92．18％）和职业道德（91．38％）的满意度较高,居民认为应加强和改进服务流程、设施设备、服务费用和服务时间的等方面。影响社区卫生服务满意度的主要因素有服务态度（OR=2．111）、技术水平（OR=2．383）、卫生服务费用（OR=2．163）、服务流程（OR=1．830）、职业道德（OR=2．196）及收费标准（OR=1．026）等因素。结论社区居民对中山市社区卫生服务总体满意度较高,中山市社区卫生服务项目开展不足,应全面加强内涵建设．注重协调发展。

Satisfactory Degree of the Community Residents in Zhongshan on Community Health Services and Its Influencing Factors

bstract OBJECTIVE To learn the satisfaction degree of community residents in Zhongshan to community health services （CHS） and its influencing factors so as to provide evidence for the improvement of CHS quality. METHODS Stratified randomly sampling was adopted in questionnaire survey of residents visiting CHS centers（stations）in Zhongshan. RESULTS The general satisfaction rate of the residents in Zhongshan city on CHS was 90.9%. The satisfaction rates on protection of privacy（93.74%）, service attitude（92.26%）, security of health service（92.18%）, professional ethics（91.38%） were higher. Residents in Zhongshan think that the government should promote the service process, equipment conditions, prices of medical service and waiting time of CHS. The major factors influencing satisfaction degree were service attitude（OR=2.111）, medical level（OR=2.383）, prices of medical service（OR=2.163）, service process （OR = 1.830）, professional ethics （OR =2.196） and prices of medical service （OR = 1.026）. CONCLUSION The community residents in Zhongshan are generally satisfied with CHS. The government of Zhongshan should strengthen the connotation construction and pay attention to harmonious development in CHS, in order to promote the integrated development of CHS.
