正常人心肌纵向收缩功能的定量研究

目的 定量评价局部心肌的纵向收缩功能。方法 30例健康志愿者，年龄25～62岁。获取标准心尖两腔、长轴、四腔观，应用彩色组织多普勒技术描记心肌长轴各节段的运动曲线，测量运动速度、加减速度。结果 30例正常健康成人，心肌各室壁从基底段至心尖段，运动速度及加速度、减速度均呈递减趋势，而且各节段收缩期峰值速度均低于国外的正常对照组。结论 彩色组织多普勒能无创、快捷和定量评价心肌各个节段运动速度、加速度、减速度，为临床定量评价心脏收缩和舒张功能提供可靠参考依据。

Quantitative assessment of longitudinal myocardial systolic function for left ventricle in healthy individuals

Objective To assess regional longitudinal myocardial systolic function in healthy individuals.Methods In 30 volunteers with ages ranging between 25 and 62 years, standard apical two-chamber, apical four-chamber and long-axis views were obtained, tissue velocity imaging of each segment was acquired, and the myocardial systolic peak velocities, accelerations and decelerations of each segment were measured by tissue velocity imaging.Results Myocardial systolic peak velocities, accelerations and decelerations were decreased from the bases to apex of the left ventricular in healthy individuals. Furthermore, the peak systolic velocities in the group were lower than foreign controls' in all segments.Conclusion Tissue velocity imaging is a noninvasive, rapid and quantitative method to assess regional longitudinal myocardial systolic function.
