人参皂甙Rb1对小鼠肝切除术后疲劳的影响

目的探讨人参皂甙Rb1对小鼠肝切除术后疲劳的影响。方法将雌性KM小鼠48只分为术前空白组、术前对照组、术前实验组、术后空白组、术后对照组和术后实验组六组,各8只。除两组空白组外,余四组均制备肝切除模型。术前及术后实验组分别在术前和术后每天腹腔注射人参皂甙Rb10.01mg/g体重,余四组每天腹腔注射等量生理盐水,均连续注射7d。术前三组与术后三组分别在术后第3天和第6天进行游泳跑笼实验,分别在术后第5天和第8天取血,观察肝再生状况,测定血清中白蛋白、前白蛋白、乳酸浓度。结果术后给予人参皂甙Rb1能显著增强小鼠肝切除手术后残留肝脏的再生(<0.05),提高术后血清中前白蛋白的浓度(<0.05),降低血中乳酸浓度(<0.05),增加小鼠游泳跑笼的圈数。结论术后给予人参皂甙Rb1可提高小鼠肝组织的再生能力,提高前白蛋白水平,改善肝切除术后疲劳。

Preoperative and postoperative group after group in the first three days and six days to go swimming cage experiment in the first five days after the first eight days blood; observation of liver regeneration; of serum albumin, the former white protein, lactate concentration. Results After giving ginsenoside Rb1 can significantly enhance the mouse liver surgery after the remnants of liver regeneration ( <0.05), the first increase after serum albumin concentration ( <0.05),lower blood lactate con- contration ( <0.05), an increase in mice to swim a few laps run behind the cage. Conclusion After giving Gin- senoside Rb1 can improve the mouse liver tissue regeneration, before raising the level of albumin, to improve liver after fatigue.
